• Inspect the repair area: Repair or refix unstable, damaged or structural defects before applying the compound.
• Prepare the surface: Remove loose debris, dirt, dust, grease, algae and other contamination. Ensure the repair area is sound and stable.
• Prime where required: Porous or friable surfaces may require a suitable compatible primer in accordance with the Product Data Sheet.
• Prepare the cartridge: Cut the cartridge tip carefully and attach the supplied shaped nozzle.
• Apply with a sealant gun: Apply the compound directly into or across the crack, gap, joint or local repair area.
• Reinforce where required: Where additional reinforcement is needed, a compatible glass-fibre scrim may be used in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
• Allow to cure: Typical full cure is approximately 24-48 hours depending on conditions, while waterproof protection is provided immediately after application.
