How To Use Everbuild Anchorset Green 300

Always read the current manufacturer technical data sheet and safety data sheet before use. The 300ml cartridge is intended for jobs where several fixings may be installed, so consistent hole preparation, correct resin mixing and full curing time are important across the whole fixing run.

• Step 1: Mark out each fixing position and drill every hole to the correct diameter and depth for the rod, bolt, stud or bar being installed.
• Step 2: Clean each drilled hole properly. Remove dust, loose material and drilling debris using a suitable hand air pump, brush or hole-cleaning method.
• Step 3: Check that threaded rods, bolts, studs or bars are clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose rust before placing them into resin.
• Step 4: Unscrew the cartridge cap, prepare the cartridge as directed by the manufacturer and fit a compatible Anchorset mixing nozzle hand tight.
• Step 5: Place the 300ml cartridge into a suitable standard heavy-duty sealant gun.
• Step 6: Press the trigger until resin passes through the nozzle and an even colour is produced. Discard the first material, normally around 5 to 6 inches, before filling the hole.
• Step 7: Fill the hole from the back or base first, withdrawing the nozzle slowly so the resin fills the space without leaving air pockets.
• Step 8: Insert the fixing slowly with a rotating action so the resin spreads around the fixing correctly.
• Step 9: Release gun pressure after use, wipe away excess resin and leave the fixing undisturbed until the minimum loading time has passed.
